The fight for belonging among women is a long-standing and multifaceted struggle, deeply intertwined with social, political, and cultural dynamics throughout history. It reflects women's desire to claim space in a world that has traditionally marginalized or restricted their roles, identities, and contributions. The Resilient Series explores the struggles women face in their quest to be recognized and respected as equals in society. It reflects the ongoing fight for a rightful place where women belong in the workforce, not just as participants but as leaders with the same authority and respect as men. Through this series, I depict the resilience required to claim a space where women’s voices are heard and valued, and their right to make their own choices is honoured. It is a visual journey of strength, pushing boundaries and carving out a place of true belonging.
